ABOUT ME
Chris “The Mechanic” Miller
I’m not a therapist. I’m not a life coach in a cardigan. I’m a dad, a husband, and a man who’s had to rebuild himself piece by piece. I earned the name The Mechanic not just because I’ve turned wrenches in my life, but because that’s how I see people — a system of moving parts that either work together or grind themselves into the ground.
I’ve spent years under the hood, tearing apart my own excuses, outdated beliefs, and the generational shit that’s been passed down like a family curse. I’ve been the angry dad, the distracted husband, and the man wondering if I was doomed to become exactly what I swore I wouldn’t.
The truth? There’s no magic fix. No quick oil change for your soul. But there’s a process — a way to strip yourself down, figure out what’s worth keeping, and rebuild the rest from the ground up. It’s not easy, but nothing worth a damn ever is.
That’s why I built The Mechanic’s Garage — a place for men like me, who want to stop passing down broken parts and start building something better. Whether you’re here to become a better dad, a stronger man, or just figure out how the hell to stop repeating the same mistakes — you’re in the right place.
Grab a wrench. Let’s get to work.
